We are looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective buyers, build relationships, and drive customer visits to our project sites.
Role Overview
The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries/leads generated via marketing campaigns.
- Clearly explain project features, investment benefits, and other details.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers with the site sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM tools daily.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure a positive experience.
- Share timely updates with the sales team to maximize conversion.
Requirements
- Graduate/Undergraduate with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- MAHARERA-certified telecalling/sales executives preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer engagement, or real estate sales support.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to achieve targets. - Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
