Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Consultant role located in Pune. The Compliance Consultant will handle regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that all operations adhere to local and international standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing policies and procedures, conducting compliance risk assessments, advising on financial regulations, and maintaining adherence to relevant legal frameworks. The role also emphasizes providing guidance to teams, identifying and resolving compliance issues, and preparing compliance reports.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying risks and ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Effective Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external regulatory bodies
  • Finance-related knowledge to interpret financial laws and regulations
  • Experience in understanding and applying local and international compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment
