Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Client Coordinator who can act as the bridge between our internal team and clients. The ideal candidate will assist in client communication, follow-ups, scheduling, project tracking, travel coordination, and ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and agency.
  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain communication timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are on track.
  • Manage client onboarding, project documentation, and update trackers.
  • Prepare and share meeting notes, action points, and summaries.
  • Support in event coordination, campaign execution, and client presentations when required.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or project-related requirements when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar field).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Ability to multitask, priorities, and work independently.
  • Experience in coordination, admin support, or client-facing role preferred

Work Type & Compensation

  • Full-time (On-site) – Kozhikode, Tondayad
  • Salary: Based on experience (competitive + performance-based bonuses)
  • Travel allowance will be provided when applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
