Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused professionals to join our Escalation & Collection Team
The ideal candidate will handle client escalations, resolve disputes efficiently, and ensure effective recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Area:
- Manage escalated cases by interacting directly with customers to ensure effective resolution.
- Handle client queries and follow up on recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Work towards achieving mutually beneficial closures through clear and professional communication.
- Utilize strong client-handling and negotiation skills to manage sensitive cases.
- Maintain and manage MIS reports; proficiency in Excel is required for data tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate with sound knowledge of MIS and data management tools.
- Experience: 5 - 6 years of experience in real estate recovery, customer service, or escalation management (experience in a real estate law firm preferred).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, recovery mechanisms, and related laws.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
