Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production planning as per customer orders and sales forecast.
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production schedules.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials, PCB, LED drivers, and other components.
  • Monitor production progress against plan and highlight deviations.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and material.
  • Maintain records of WIP (Work in Progress) and finished goods inventory.
  • Liaise with Quality, Stores & Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
  • Generate MIS reports related to production efficiency, material consumption, and delays.
  • Support in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production cost and lead time.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with LED light / electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP / SAP (if applicable).
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Strong communication & reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
