About the Role:
Campus Updates is looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Career Counselor to guide MBA/PGDM aspirants through their admission journey. The role involves counseling students, managing leads, collaborating with B-Schools, and ensuring a smooth application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on MBA/PGDM programs and help them choose the right college.
- Engage with potential candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with B-Schools and partner institutions.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to attract prospective students.
- Assist students with applications, documentation, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate student data and track progress using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a student-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
