As a Career Counselor at SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their career choices and pursue opportunities in digital marketing. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive career guidance, assisting individuals in understanding the digital marketing landscape, and facilitating their enrollment in our digital marketing courses. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of aspiring professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with individuals to assess their career goals, interests, and aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to individuals, helping them explore career options in the digital marketing field.
- Educate individuals about the various digital marketing courses offered by SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency, explaining the curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities associated with each course.
- Assist individuals in selecting the most suitable course options based on their career objectives, educational background, and skill set.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals seeking career guidance.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and the skills required to succeed in various digital marketing roles.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach toward individuals facing career-related challenges or transitions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- **Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.**

- Relocate to Indore.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
