The Student Career Counselor at Career Launcher Ghaziabad plays a pivotal role in guiding students towards making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. The primary responsibilities include:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance to students regarding suitable career options, educational pathways, and skill development opportunities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and career fairs to educate students about different career paths and academic pursuits.
- Stay updated on latest trends in education, career opportunities, and entrance exams to provide accurate information to students.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, industry professionals, and parents to support students' career development.
- Administer career assessment tests and interpret results to help students gain insights into their strengths and areas of improvement.
- Maintain records of counseling sessions, student progress, and feedback to track effectiveness of counseling services.
- Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for enhancing student engagement and satisfaction.
- Uphold the ethical standards and confidentiality in all counseling interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
