Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to students and working professionals
  • Explain banking courses and guide them for enrollment
  • Follow up on leads and maintain admission records
  • Achieve monthly admission goals
  • Coordinate schedules for demo classes and support candidates

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Pleasant voice and confident interaction skills
  • Experience in telecalling, counseling, or inside sales
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel)

Salary and Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 fixed salary plus ₹4,000 – ₹7,000 incentives

Monthly performance bonuses

Growth opportunity to Senior Counselor or Team Leader

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
