Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Lucknow near Iim road . The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and maintaining project timelines. They will work closely with the project team to coordinate schedules, supervise workers, and communicate project progress to all stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for problem-solving any issues that arise on-site and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction site management, oversight, and supervision
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Compensation

12-15k as per industry standards and experience.
