Reporting to: General Manager
Industry: Integrated Facility Management and Security Services
Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 4 years as Assistant General Manager or Leadership role
with 1015 years overall experience in Integrated Facility Management and Security Services.
Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of CRM software,
and familiarity with operational management systems.
Location: Hyderabad
Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations
of the Hyderabad region, managing a large workforce of over 1,000 employees. This role
demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution skills to ensure
smooth service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue protection. The AGM will directly
supervise Zone Managers and Operations Officers, acting as the key operational head for the
region.
Key Qualifications
Education: Any Post Graduate with strong operational and managerial skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred for local engagement).
¢ Experience:
o Minimum 3 to 4 years in an AGM or any leadership role.
o 10 to 15 years overall experience in Integrated Facility Management and security
Services.
¢ Technical Skills:
o Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Basic knowledge of CRM tools and operational management software.
o Good report preparation and presentation skills.
¢ Core Competencies:
o Leadership & people management.
o Client relationship management.
o Strategic planning and cost control.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Revenue Protection Prevent revenue leakage by ensuring 100% employee attendance
at all sites as per client requirements.
2. Manpower Strength Plan and increase the manpower strength to 1000 headcount by
the April 2026.
3. Daily Coordination Conduct daily conference calls with Operations Officers and
Zone Managers to review performance, resolve operational challenges, and align
priorities. Conduct Weekly review meeting to resolve the major operational challenges.
4. SOP Management Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for all new sites and
ensure existing sites have updated, accessible SOPs for smooth operations.
5. Payment Collection Actively coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment
realization and resolve billing disputes.
6. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong client relationships through regular
meetings, timely resolution of escalations, and continuous engagement.
7. Cost Efficiency Implement cost control measures across all sites while ensuring quality
service delivery.
8. KPI Achievement Ensure operational performance consistently scores 90% and
above on Key Performance Indicators.
9. Deployment Planning Strategically plan and execute manpower deployment for new
and existing sites based on operational needs.
10. New Site Surveys Personally or through team conduct surveys for new sites, assess
client needs, and submit detailed operational feasibility reports.
11. Client Retention & Cross Sell The role requires building and nurturing strong client
relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. The candidate should
proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional security and facility
management services based on client needs. By delivering tailored solutions and
maintaining consistent communication, the role aims to enhance client value and drive
business growth.
12. Employee Retention Maintain low attrition rates by fostering employee engagement,
recognition programs, and addressing workforce concerns.
13. Timely Documentation & Billing Oversee timely submission of attendance, duty
rosters, and invoices to clients for all sites.
14. Operational Scalability Ensure operational readiness for growth while maintaining
service quality and efficiency.
15. Manpower Sourcing Assist operation team in providing right and suitable candidates
for new and existing sites.
Secondary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Compliance & Record-Keeping Ensure 100% compliance in all site registers,
documentation, and legal requirements.
2. Training MIS Ensure the team average Training MIS score remains at or above
90% through consistent training, site visits and evaluation reports.
3. Review Meetings Participate in company review meetings, presenting operational
reports, performance insights, and improvement strategies.
4. Surprise Site Visits Conduct regular surprise site visits to monitor compliance,
operational standards, and service quality. Review the MER shared by trainer and take
necessary actions to resolve the operational challenges.
5. Continuous Improvement Identify cost-reduction and efficiency improvement
opportunities without compromising service quality.
Performance Expectations
¢ Maintain ¥ 2000 active headcount in the Hyderabad region at all times.
¢ Ensure zero manpower shortage at sites to avoid revenue loss.
¢ Achieve 90%+ KPI performance score consistently.
¢ Maintain client satisfaction through proactive engagement and high service quality.
¢ Implement robust cost control without service compromise.
