Role & responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Helping to find candidates through online job boards, social media, and professional networks, then screening resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals.

  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and organizing interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.

  • Administrative Support:Performing various administrative duties for the TA team, such as data entry, document management, and preparing recruitment reports.

  • Candidate Experience: Communicating with candidates to provide status updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive journey throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Candidate should be available for onsite internship
  • Pursuing Graduation.
  • Knowledge about portals - Naukri and Linkedin (Not Mandatory)
  • Hands on with Microsoft Suite
