Position: Assistant Manager – Automation (East)

Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Industrial Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Machine Maintenance.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineering.
Strong technical proficiency with hands-on expertise.
Proven track record in Industrial Engineering.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Outstanding leadership and project management abilities.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Lead automation projects for the East region (East Plant) in support of Garuda Initiatives.
Coordinate with the plant team and central team for automation implementation and maintenance.
Collaborate with vendors for concept development, quoting, and commissioning.
Oversee New Product Development (NPD) post-molding trials, including concept development and execution for East plants.
Manage a team reporting structure that includes 3-DET'Sresponsible for shift wise troubleshooting on automation, spare part management, and corrective and preventive maintenance.
