Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tea Time Worker located in Mumbai. The Tea Time Worker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing and serving teas and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop, assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases, and managing inventory. The role may also include cash handling and operating the point of sale system. The Tea Time Worker will ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Preparation and Serving Skills (e.g., experience in preparing teas and beverages)
  • Customer Service Skills (e.g., assisting customers with inquiries and purchases)
  • Cleanliness and Organizational Skills (e.g., maintaining shop cleanliness, organizing inventory)
  • Cash Handling and POS System Experience (e.g., managing cash transactions, operating point of sale systems)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (e.g., verbal communication, customer interaction)
  • Ability to Stand and Move for Long Periods
  • Experience in Retail or Food Service is a Plus
