Role Description

Position: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the complete SEO program, from keyword research and SEO audits to link-building strategies, analytics, and the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO practices. We seek an expert with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and a successful track record in driving SEO results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:

• Design and lead an end-to-end SEO strategy that aligns with business goals and increases organic traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify growth opportunities and create strategies for content optimization.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

• Implement and oversee on-page SEO techniques, including optimization of meta tags, headers, and URL structures for target keywords.
• Lead off-page SEO initiatives, such as link building, content partnerships, and outreach to increase domain authority and rankings.

Technical SEO Management:

• Conduct audits and analyze website structure, crawlability, load speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate SEO best practices, troubleshooting any technical issues that may impact SEO.

Content Strategy and Optimization:

• Partner with content teams to produce and update SEO-friendly content that aligns with strategic keywords.
• Optimize new and existing content to enhance search visibility and relevance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Provide insights and adjust strategies based on performance data to continually optimize results.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

• Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantages.
• Adjust strategies in response to changes in search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with successful SEO campaign results.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
