We're building innovative products and campaigns that solve real‑world problems, and we're looking for a creative, data‑driven Content Creator to help us tell our story and grow our brand across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Content Creator who can ideate, create, and manage engaging content across social media, blogs, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, understands digital trends, and can turn brand messages into scroll‑stopping visuals and copy that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule high‑quality content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos, blogs, emails, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.
• Develop creative concepts and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
• Write compelling, on‑brand copy that resonates with the target audience and drives action (clicks, shares, leads, sales).
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos (reels, shorts, stories) and basic long‑form content using a smartphone or camera.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor content; adapt strategy accordingly.
• Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and use analytics to refine future content.
• Manage content publishing, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) where required.
• Support ad creatives and campaign assets for paid social and performance marketing.
• Maintain a content library and ensure all assets are organized and on‑brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (agency or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing original content (social posts, reels, blogs, videos, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation tools:
• Video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Excellent command over written and spoken English; ability to write crisp, engaging, and error‑free copy.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing / advertising industry.
• Experience with performance marketing or ad creatives.
• Basic photography/videography skills and familiarity with lighting, framing, and audio.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
• Experience managing a brand's social media presence end‑to‑end.
