Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B Steward based in Gurugram. The F&B Steward will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficiently handling food and beverage orders, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards, and assisting in training new staff. The role involves daily interaction with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Food & Beverage handling skills
  • Experience in Food Service and Training skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
