Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our Interiors division. The role involves handling client inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales/design teams to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior telecalling/pre-sales experience (preferably in interiors or real estate), and the ability to build rapport with potential clients while maintaining accurate lead follow-up records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for interior project inquiries.
  • Explain company's interior solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for sales/design teams.
  • Maintain lead database/CRM with regular follow-ups until conversion.
  • Share weekly reports on leads, calls, and closures with management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / pre-sales (interior or real estate preferred).
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
