Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Audit, Ind AS, IPO specialist at B N P S and Associates LLP. The role involves performing audits, preparing financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, and assisting with IPO processes. The individual will work closely with teams to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide advisory support for financial reporting and initial public offerings.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong Auditing skills and knowledge of related standards
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experience and knowledge of the IPO process is an added advantage
