We are looking for a young but sincere Test Engineer who can help achieve our vision.

Job Description

· Test Procedure Development: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, protocols, and procedures for electromagnetic relays and its parts/raw materials, including electrical, thermal, and mechanical tests. Interact with customers to understand their test requirements.

· Test Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment and tools required for conducting various tests.

· Testing and Analysis: Perform electrical and functional tests on electromagnetic relays to identify defects, verify product specifications, and analyze test data to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Coordination – For testing that is conducted in external labs, suitable labs have to be identified and coordinate with till the completion of required tests along with required test reports.

· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues discovered during testing and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve them effectively.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test results, procedures, and any deviations encountered during testing.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, and quality control, to address issues and improve product design and manufacturing processes.

· Product Validation: Conduct validation testing on new product designs and prototypes to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Experience in circuit breaker testing testing and manufacturing processes.

· Ability to Study various applicable IS/ IEC standards.

· Proficiency in using testing equipment and software.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.

· Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 standard

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹44,703.64 per month
