**Job Title**: Outward Quality Engineer

**Location**: Sasewadi, Pune

**Compensation**:As per market standard

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform final inspection and functional testing of lighting products prior to dispatch.
- Verify product compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify and document any non-conformities and coordinate with production or design for corrective actions.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation per customer requirements.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continual improvement activities.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Train junior inspectors or production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection in lighting or electrical product manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of lighting standards (e.g., IEC, BIS, CE, RoHS).
- Familiarity with visual, mechanical, and electrical inspection techniques.
- Good understanding of inspection tools like multimeters, lux meters, vernier calipers, etc.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.) and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report generation.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
