Position Overview: As an Electrical Control Panel Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of electrical control panels throughout the production process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical control panel production.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure adherence to technical requirements.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate customer complaints or issues related to control panel quality and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of purchased components and materials.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams regarding quality-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical control panel quality.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in quality engineering, preferably in the electrical control panel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical control panel design, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) , ISO /CE documentation understanding are a plus.
