Kritical Edge, a marketing and communications consultancy headed by industry veterans, is looking to hire communications professionals (Senior Executives/Assistant Managers) on a full-time basis. The job is based out of the firm's New Delhi office and is a on-site opportunity.

Experience:
1-3 years of work experience in Client Servicing, Content, Media Relations, and Social Media Management
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day Internal Communications, Social Media and PR activities for clients, including internal coordination with the design team
- Creating and executing relevant communications content – social media posts, press releases, briefing documents, talk points, Q&A's, articles, story pitches, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns and projects for clients
- Handling social media management and activations where required
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Ensuring client deliverables are met
- Where required, reaching out to relevant media to garner opportunities for clients
- Preparing coverage and activity reports, communications campaign reviews etc. as required
Requisites for the positions:
- A good command over spoken and written English
- Good content creation skills
- A degree in Communications, Journalism or PR is preferable
