screenplay writing, video editing, visualizing, and directing
, while also understanding the pulse of
brand marketing

You'll lead and inspire a creative team to shape and elevate the Palmonas brand image across all channels, crafting compelling visual narratives that align with our identity and market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative direction for all brand campaigns and content.
- Conceptualize and direct high-quality visual content (photo/video).
- Write and develop screenplays and storyboards for marketing films.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align creative with strategy.
- Guide and manage a team of designers, editors, and creators.
- Maintain luxury aesthetic standards across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with a
luxury retail brand
. - Strong skills in
screenplay writing, video editing, visual storytelling, and directing
