About the Role

The position of AI Creative Director is a visionary leadership role that requires a unique blend of creative direction, technical expertise, and innovative thinking. As the spearhead of the studio's creative vision, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful campaigns and experiences across digital, print, and immersive media.

This role demands a highly collaborative individual who can drive innovation in design and storytelling by integrating AI tools into creative workflows. Your primary goal will be to develop scalable frameworks for AI-based content creation and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership & Strategy: Define the creative vision for the studio, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
  • Innovation in Design & Storytelling: Drive innovation by integrating AI tools into creative workflows, accelerating creativity without compromising originality.
  • Project Execution & Oversight: Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution, overseeing production of high-quality digital content and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with at least 3+ years leading AI or tech-driven creative projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and integration of AI tools in creative workflows.
