- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and evolve design systems that balance brand identity, usability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design thinking is integrated at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Consult directly with clients to understand brand identity, user behavior, and business goals, delivering impactful design strategies that elevate product experiences and drive engagement.
Experience: 10+ years in lead creative direction, preferably in UI/UX design. Strong expertise in AI-driven interfaces, Figma, and UIzard.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, UIzard, and AI-assisted design workflows; excellent communication and leadership skills.
