Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Design: Develop and update training materials, curricula, and programs for business analysis.

  2. Classroom Training: Deliver instructor-led training sessions to business analysts, teaching various business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.

  3. Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to business analysts to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

  4. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs.

  5. Content Development: Create and update business analysis training content, including manuals, guides, and online resources.

  6. Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants and stakeholders.

  7. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.

  1. Business Analysis Expertise: Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, techniques, and methodologies.
