About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant (Functional / Techno-Functional) with strong expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes and hands-on experience in the Customer Service (CS/STC) module. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations and the ability to work independently on global projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end SAP OTC implementations (blueprinting, gap analysis, configuration, testing, go-live, support).
  • Configure and manage SAP SD modules: Customer Master, Sales Support, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Contract Handling & Management.
  • Collaborate with business teams for requirements, solution design, and deployment.
  • Provide L3 production support and resolve functional issues.
  • Ensure cross-functional integration with other SAP modules.
  • Contribute to M&A, upgradation, and rollout projects.

  • Support SAP CS module:

  • Configurations (ODP1, Org. structure, Master Data, Pricing).

  • Corrective & Preventive Maintenance Services.
  • Resource-Related Billing (DP90).
  • Service Contract & Order Management, Recurring Services.
  • Interaction Center Service Request Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in SAP OTC / SAP SD domain.
  • Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP OTC implementation experience.
  • Strong functional/techno-functional expertise in SAP SD & CS modules.
  • Prior experience with Global Projects, M&A, Rollouts, Upgradations preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
