Bengaluru, Karnataka, India DocuSign Full time ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 36,00,000 per year
Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What You'll Do

As Product Manager - Strategic Partner Solutions, you will define and execute the strategy for Docusign's integrations with key strategic partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Your initial focus will be on delivering seamless Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) integrations within the procurement ecosystem (Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay), with the goal of building a scalable framework for expansion to other enterprise ecosystems. You will own the integration lifecycle, from discovery to adopted solution, ensuring Docusign IAM is a native extension of partner platforms for mutual customers. This is a highly cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, business development, and the partner ecosystem.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Support the definition and own the execution of product strategy for our strategic ISV integrations, beginning with the procurement domain (e.g., Coupa, SAP) and establishing a model for future ecosystem integrations
  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for specific integration apps, from initial concept and partner alignment to development, launch, and post-launch iteration. This includes managing bidirectional data flows, embedded UI components, and API-level connections
  • Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing metrics such as adoption rates, feature usage, data synchronization success, and the impact on customer retention and expansion to measure success and identify new opportunities
  • Provide drivership across multiple product and engineering teams, using your influence and deep market knowledge to ensure core Docusign platform roadmaps (e.g., APIs, Maestro, Navigator) account for the needs of our ISV partners and integration use cases
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams to build joint GTM plans, create field enablement content, and support our mutual customers with our partners
  • Own timely, transparent communication to leadership on the progress of their charter, attainment of key metrics, and strategic roadmap
Job Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

What You Bring

Basic

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, platform, or integration-focused roles
  • A proven track record of successfully identifying customer and partner problems, defining joint product strategy, and delivering complex, cross-functional solutions that achieve high adoption
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment in a global/multi-geolocated setup
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in design discussions with engineering on topics like API design, data modeling, embedded components, and integration architecture

Preferred

  • An experienced influencer with the ability to collaborate well and drive alignment in a highly matrixed environment, especially with external partners and internal GTM teams
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and adoption
  • Direct experience working within major enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Salesforce, Oracle) and building integrations
  • Domain knowledge in procurement, Source-to-Pay, or CLM is highly desirable, but not required if balanced by strong platform and integration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences, including partners, customers, and executives
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or with minimal supervision
