Role Overview

As a
Business Management Intern
, you will gain hands-on experience in the
end-to-end functioning of a business
—from strategy and planning to execution and performance tracking. You'll work directly with the leadership team on real business problems, market research, operational optimization, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    business strategy formulation
    and execution.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend reports
    .
  • Support in
    process improvement initiatives
    and business operations.
  • Help in preparing
    presentations, business reports, and performance dashboards
    .
  • Coordinate between
    marketing, sales, and operations teams
    for smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist in
    project management
    — tracking deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to
    content, campaigns, and business development activities
    .
  • Analyse
    data and KPIs
    to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed
    Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Strong
    analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to
    multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
    .
  • Interest in
    business strategy, startups, and operational excellence
    .
