Job Summary:

  1. A proven individual with experience in Installation of Wind turbine.
  2. A proven individual with experience in quality control, incoming material inspection, validate installation process.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Wind turbine Installation process. Use of hydraulic tools, Knowledge of different cranes, Calculation of Lifting plan.

Responsibilities
:

  1. Validate Installation process with respect to SOP.
  2. Quality Inspection of WTG erection activity, identification of punch points, report preparation.
  3. Ensuring WTG Handover and takeover as per SOP with client.
  4. Timely closure of audit points and report submission.
  5. RCA & CAPA & its implementation.
  6. Providing training to Installation team about SOP, good practices.

Qualifications
:

  1. B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
  2. 4–5 years of total experience; minimum 2 years in Wind Installation and 2-3 years in Quality engineer-Installation of WTG

Working conditions
:

  1. The current work location is Gadag Karnataka, should be ready to work on Pan India basis.

  4. Bench mark best practices for early installation of the WTG.
