Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant documents
  • Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenditures and comparing budgets to actual expenses
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts
  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing processes
  • Follow-up with vendors, suppliers, customers and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations
  • Provide support in analyzing financial data and trends to assist in decision- making processes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance team
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Completed their graduation or master's in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Sending Emails and Managing Transactions.
  • Prior experience working in a chartered accountant (CA) firm or similar environment is a plus
