KRA: Strategic Admission Management & Team Support
Objective:
Drive enrollment growth by managing high-level counselling, supporting junior counsellors, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality admission experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex or high-value student inquiries and provide expert-level counselling on programs, career pathways, and college offerings.
- Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring clarity on admission requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and important deadlines.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing best practices and assisting in difficult counselling cases.
- Analyze lead quality, track conversion performance, and recommend strategies for improving admissions.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align counselling efforts with campaigns and institutional goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Conversion rate of qualified leads to admissions
- Number of high-quality enrollments (e.g., based on program priority or academic performance)
- Quality of support provided to junior counsellors (measured via feedback or performance improvement)
- Compliance with admission procedures and documentation accuracy
- Contribution to strategic improvements in the counselling process
