The Senior Admission Counselor will lead student recruitment, admission counseling, and outreach activities for NIRA's programs. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on engagement with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners to achieve admissions targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry handling to enrollment.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents on NIRA's courses, career prospects, and application procedures.
  • Develop strategies to generate quality leads and achieve admission goals.
  • Organize and represent NIRA at seminars, education fairs, and corporate/school outreach programs.
  • Mentor and guide junior counselors to ensure consistency in counseling practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners to enhance outreach.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on admissions performance and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain data accuracy in CRM/admission systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or education sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Target-driven mindset with strategic planning ability.
  • Familiarity with higher education, technology programs, or EdTech sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
