Job Title: MIS Executive cum Data Analyst

Location: Sec-132, Noida

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Sr. Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage, analyse, and interpret data to provide meaningful insights for decision-making. Responsible for maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and analyse data from various sources.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, reports, and presentations.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Develop automated reports, templates, and tools for efficient reporting.
  • Work closely with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and provide corrective measures.
  • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Science/Statistics/IT or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis.
  • Knowledge of SQL or database management will be an added advantage.
