About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, polite, and responsible Customer Support Officer (male or female) to join our reputed OBN Courier & Cargo Company in Pune. The role involves handling customer calls, tracking consignments, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with field staff to ensure smooth courier operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to courier pickups, deliveries, and customer queries.
  • Provide accurate tracking updates and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain customer and shipment records in the system.
  • Coordinate with delivery boys, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, and courier software preferred and a good typing speed).
  • Prior experience in a courier/logistics or customer support role preferred (freshers welcome).
  • No bad habits, disciplined, and well-groomed.
  • Based in Pune and available for full-time work.

Salary & Benefits:
