Customer Support Executive – Night Shift

Location: Gurugram (On-Site)

Company: Aabhyasa Technologies Pvt Ltd

Experience: 1–2 Years (Minimum 1 year in International Process)

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM–3 AM / 8 PM–5 AM)

Working Days: Mon–Fri (Sat–Sun Off)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Overview

We are looking for a Cutomer Support Executive with strong communication, customer handling skills, and experience in an International Process. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients via calls, emails & chat
  • Generate leads through cold calling & outreach
  • Maintain CRM records & handle customer queries
  • Manage order processing and complaints
  • Support sales pipeline & prepare basic reports

Required SkillsMust-Have:

Excellent English (Verbal & Written)

Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice/Support Process.

Ability to multitask and manage time

Added Advantage:

Lead generation / Sales support experience

CRM knowledge
