Job Summary:

We are looking for smart, energetic, and professional Business Development Associates who are interested in sales, marketing, and overall business growth. The role involves handling enquiries, interacting with parents and students, promoting courses, and supporting all business development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling calls, walk-in enquiries, and online enquiries
  • Explain course details, fee structure, schedules, and benefits to parents and students
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
  • Support sales and marketing activities for student enrolments
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, campaigns, and events
  • Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records accurately
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students
  • Support branch expansion and business growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain good relationships with parents, students, and internal teams
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Skills & Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Ability to handle phone calls and enquiries confidently
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
  • Prior experience in education, sales, or customer handling is an advantage (not mandatory)
