Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Coimbatore / Chennai

Qualification: B. Tech Civil, Mechanical

Experience: Freshers (0–1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

* Learn and understand the company's products, services, and solutions.

* Assist the senior sales team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

* Attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.

* Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

* Follow up on leads, customer queries, and after-sales service requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

* Participate actively in sales training programs, workshops, and performance evaluations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* B.Tech degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction.

* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

* Self-motivated, quick learner, and goal-oriented.

* Basic understanding of sales techniques and market behavior is an added advantage.
