Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Legal Head to lead and manage the firms legal practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep legal expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-handling experience to oversee end-to-end legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide direction to legal teams across practice areas. The role also involves practice development, client advisory, and firm responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the legal practice areas of the firm including corporate law, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, M&A, advisory services and IBC compliance.

Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients across sectors.

Oversee client onboarding, engagement terms, and delivery standards.

Monitor and ensure high-quality drafting and review of agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

Supervise case strategy and legal research for high-value matters.

Ensure compliance with Bar Council regulations, client confidentiality, and ethical practice standards.

Drive practice development, team performance, and knowledge sharing.
