Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure high productivity.
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings for key accounts.
  • Identify business opportunities on platforms like TradeIndia, Justdial, IndiaMart, and other sources.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade and B2B platforms like is a plus.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and capable of handling a team effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
