About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, motivated professionals with 1-3years of experience to support our Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business in global markets. The role focuses on lead generation, market research, and business development back-end activities for specific geographic for the US,
This position provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in global business development, client engagement, and pharmaceutical outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities in assigned geography (US).
- Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM tools, and pipeline trackers with accurate information.
- Support senior BD managers with proposal preparation, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, regulatory, and operations) to prepare business development material.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates for the target region.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing pre-meeting briefs, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting of lead generation and BD support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1-3 years in sales support, lead generation, market research, or business development (pharma / CDMO / CRO / life sciences industry preferred, but not mandatory).
Education: Bachelors / Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (written & spoken) proficiency in English is a must.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Mindset: Self-driven, eager to learn, proactive in identifying opportunities, and comfortable with international business culture.
