Position Overview

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced and result-driven Cluster Manager to lead and manage multiple branches within the assigned region (Cochin & Trivandrum). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, branch operations, and team management, ensuring overall business growth and profitability across all outlets.

This role demands excellent operational, analytical, and leadership capabilities to drive performance and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all branches/outlets within the assigned cluster.
  • Drive and ensure achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals for each branch.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service quality to ensure superior client experiences.
  • Analyze branch performance and implement strategic action plans for underperforming locations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues and optimize efficiency.
  • Execute corporate initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements across the cluster.
  • Conduct regular branch audits, reviews, and team meetings to monitor business progress.
  • Identify market trends and business opportunities to expand market share and strengthen regional presence.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branch or cluster management, preferably in BFSI, financial services, or insurance sector.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM and reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between branch locations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
