Leather Products Designer
to join us in shaping this vision.

What you'll do:

  • Design original leather products (bags, wallets, belts, etc.) that balance craftsmanship, durability, and modern utility.
  • Translate Tolchi's brand ethos into functional, timeless designs rather than trend-driven fashion.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and craftsmen to ensure the feasibility, consistency, and quality of production.
  • Create design sketches, tech packs, and material specifications.
  • Experiment with new silhouettes while keeping practicality and cost-effectiveness in mind.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong background in leather product design (bags, wallets, belts, or related categories).
  • Ability to take a concept from sketch to final prototype.
  • Understanding of leather materials, stitching, and finishing techniques.
  • Balance of creativity with practicality—you know how to design for scale.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with an early-stage brand.
