Role Overview:

As Tolchi's
Content Producer
, you'll own the full spectrum of visual creation, from shooting campaigns and product content to editing and delivering the final assets across photo and video formats. You'll be the eye behind Tolchi's aesthetic, ensuring every frame, tone, and cut reflects our brand's design language: intentional, refined, and enduring.

This isn't a sit-back-and-execute role. It's for someone who can dream up visuals, make them happen, and fine-tune every detail till it feels just right.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and shoot product and lifestyle content for campaigns, social media, and website use.
  • Handle end-to-end video production — framing, lighting, shooting, and post-editing.
  • Capture high-quality product photographs (model and non-model) in line with brand aesthetics.
  • Edit photos and videos for multiple formats (Instagram Reels, website banners, product listings, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Visual Storyteller to develop shoot concepts, themes, and visual styles.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all assets — colour grading, tone, lighting, and composition.
  • Manage equipment, location logistics, and backups for all shoots.
  • Stay updated on visual trends and storytelling techniques relevant to fashion, lifestyle, and design brands.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong portfolio of photo and video work - especially in lifestyle, fashion, or product-based content.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
    .
  • Ability to plan, shoot, and edit independently with creative precision.
  • Understanding of lighting, composition, and brand visual language.
  • An eye for detail and a mindset that values both creativity and structure.
  • Bonus: experience with product styling, set design, or creative direction.
