Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, mentoring team members, tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. The Team Leader will also engage in client relationship management and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
  • Sales knowledge and expertise in real estate, with a track record of achieving targets in residential, commercial, or land transactions
  • Problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities to address challenges and align workflows with business goals
  • Familiarity with the Greater Kolkata real estate market is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM software for tracking and managing team and client activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments
