At Unien Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, a SEBI-registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm, we are driven by a clear purpose – to deliver comprehensive, bespoke, and fiduciary-first wealth advisory services to our clients.

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team in Bangalore and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless client experience across their wealth advisory journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Maintenance: Manage end-to-end onboarding and servicing, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients, banks, AMCs, custodians, and product partners (AIFs, PMS providers, etc.) for smooth execution.

  • Operations & Administration: Handle money transfers, account servicing, reporting, and day-to-day client requests with precision.

  • Advisory Support: Assist RMs/Advisors in portfolio reviews, client presentations, tax reporting, and meeting preparations.

  • Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for clients, resolving queries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Marketing, or Business.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.

  • Strong knowledge of Banking & Mutual Fund operations; exposure to AIFs/PMS is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and transaction platforms.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in structured and efficient processes.

Location & Work Environment

  • Bangalore

  • Work Model: 5 days a week from office + half-day WFH on Saturdays.
