Job Title: ServiceNow Event Management Specialist

Location: Bangalore / Remote

Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Work Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Flexibility required, US Eastern Time Zone)

Project Duration: 6–12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow Event Management modules.
  • Develop workflows, sub-flows, and automation flows.
  • Integrate with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar tools.
  • Script in Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, Linux scripting.
  • Implement event-driven incident management aligned with ITIL.
  • Provide weekend production implementation and on-call support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Mandatory: ServiceNow Event Management experience.
  • Hands-on with automation and process integrations.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API integrations and ITIL practices.
