8+ Years

Must Have Skills

  • 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in
    ServiceNow Discovery / ITOM
    (Configuration & Maintenance).
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining
    Discovery Application
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Networking, Systems Administration, and JavaScript
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    CMDB population and maintenance
    .
  • Ability to resolve discovery errors related to permissions and access.
  • Experience with scheduled discovery jobs, validation, and post-upgrade testing.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Familiarity with
    ServiceNow store downloads for CMDB Classes and Discovery patterns
    .
  • Exposure to reviewing environments for new Discovery requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with
    Compute, Network, and Security teams
    .
