Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and inventory.
- Oversee housekeeping, courier, travel, and logistics arrangements.
- Handle basic procurement, petty cash, and billing follow-ups.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for documentation and compliance.
- Support event and project logistics, including vendor management.
- Maintain records and ensure smooth daily office functioning.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with GPT / AI prompt tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of vendor management, billing, and procurement.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in administration or operations (preferably in media, events, or creative agencies).
- Residing along the Western Line travel time to Goregaon West should not exceed 30 minutes.
